Awesome video!!! This is the first video I've watched that showed an awesome break down of a lake. I've been fishing Lake Wilhelm for a number of years and trying to figure it out. This video was a big help for me to start looking for these areas as I have a paper map and can follow your markings. I fish for the Largemouth Bass and I know at one time this was a big bass lake but not recently. My nephew found your channel and told me about it and I'm glad he did!!! Stay Safe & God Bless!!!! 🤠👍

Well let me tell you something - I live in the eastern part of the state and have fished this lake a number of times - traveling that far isn't worth it because I can be in Ontario Canada traveling the same distance - and I'll tell you there ain't any comparison to the fish I catch up there - catching your limit of big walleyes and bass is normal -

Last time this was drained I took a long walk through it. Very cool. Bridges down there and everything. The fishing last few years has stunk though. Just too much pressure I think. Now only good for taking the grandkids for bluegill. Thanks for the article/video

When fishing that early watch ice fishing videos of guys in that region. The fish will be in same areas when Ice comes out that guys were catching them to end ice season.

Since this video conclusively proves that Walleye are related to perch and NOT Pike, can people please stop calling them pickeral? Chain/grass pickeral and pink pickeral are small cousins of the Northern Pike and Musky. The lure set up may be called a pickeral rig and it indeed catches walleye, but that does not excuse the linguistic misnaming and abuse of the walleye. Thank you, signed a irked Canadian.
